Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak at The Mirage was named one of the “25 Most Important Restaurants of 2013” by Zagat. The venue, which opened in August, was the only Las Vegas restaurant to achieve this prominent recognition.
“In a short period of time, Heritage Steak has become a destination restaurant in Las Vegas and the response from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Vice President of Food & Beverage Julian Griffiths. “Tom and his team have done a great job of creating a unique culinary experience at The Mirage and we are humbled to be acknowledged as one of the most important restaurants of the year.” Photo Credit: Biondo Photo
